EUCHEM GLOBAL JOINT STOCK COMPANY specializes in importing and distributing premium fertilizers from countries with advanced agriculture such as Spain, Türkiye, Australia, Italy, Poland and South Korea. We are expanding our team and looking for long-term teammates.

Job description

• Develop the network of dealers and agri-input stores in your assigned area.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers; follow up orders and receivables.
• Advise on fertilizer products (organic, inorganic, foliar) suitable for local crops and soil.
• Co-organize farmer seminars, demo plots and sales events.
• Collect market and competitor information; weekly/monthly sales reports.

Requirements

• Age 22–40; college degree or higher in Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Protection or Business preferred.
• Experience selling fertilizers, crop protection or agri-inputs is an advantage.
• Good communication, willing to travel; motorbike with driving license.
• Full product and sales training provided for candidates without experience.

Income

• Base salary 8–12 million VND/month (negotiable) + travel allowance.
• Sales commission with no cap; top performers earn 20–35 million VND/month.
